AboutTech has a number of quality installation teams we use to install our solutions.  Our teams are highly experienced and include licenced electricians with power and data capabilities.

Questions to ask your Installer?

• Do they test and calibrate each install?
• Do they use good quality premade cables?
• Do they use 40mm conduit to easily add cables as technology improves and is also in accordance to the eq standards?
• Do they use conduit instead of duct preventing access to cabling?
• Do they use quality projector frames and mounts so all boards and projectors are securely fixed?
• Do they secure projectors so they don’t need to be recalibrated repeatedly?
• Do they make sure that all cables are securely fixed behind the board according to eq standards?
• Do they communicate with the school prior to install so they have all accurate information so the install is done properly the first time?
• Do they clean up after each install and leave room how they found it according to eq standards?
• Do they do fast installations so it is not to disruptive to the school timetable?
• Do they supply a sign off sheet via post for their records which will have the Teamboard serial numbers on it?
• Are they well educated with the products they install and have experience working in schools?
