- Have you plugged the USB cable into a different USB port on your computer?
- Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the Teamboard software on your computer?
- Have you tried using a different computer with the Interactive Whiteboard?
- Have you consulted your in-house technician or support?

- Have you tried pluging the VGA cable (blue) into a different omputer?
- Have you tried a different VGA cable (blue)?
